I found a spot not far from home that operates as a three-fer on POTA – there’s a little patch of grass that intersects Beacon Hill Park (CA-5540), Victoria Harbour Migratory Bird Sanctuary (CA-4258) and The Great Trail (CA-5082). Better still, I had all my stuff in one pannier on my bike and after doing a little work work downtown I headed off to the location.
Found the spot, got my bike secured, eyeballed where I needed to throw a line into the tree, looked into my pannier, and…
I forgot my feedline.
